Deze week huurden we bij OAAS een ruimte voor een externe meeting en we waren super tevreden. Vanaf het eerste contact deed Imani er alles aan om onze boeking snel te regelen en goed op te volgen, altijd even vriendelijk en met de glimlach. Ook op de dag zelf was alles heel fijn geregeld en het eten was écht superlekker! Een aangename plek waar je je meteen welkom voelt. How many people can meet in the room?
Up to 8 people in the meeting room. For more people you rent the whole place, for 20 to 49 people.
What does the meeting room cost?
€ 199 ex VAT per half day, from 8:00 to 12:00 or from 12:00 to 16:00. The full day, from 8:00 to 16:00, costs € 360 ex VAT. Catering is charged separately per person.
Is there wifi and a screen?
Yes. There is wifi, daylight and a large TV screen to present on. Still and sparkling water are ready.
Can I host a pop-up store or an event?
Yes. A pop-up can always take place in the meeting room, also during opening hours. For an event you rent the whole place, always from 16:30. From € 445 ex VAT, tailored price after your request.
Is it possible before 8:00 or after 16:00?
Yes, via a separate request, with a surcharge.
